Rang gora karne ke liye Besan ka istemaal

  • Besan ke andar bohat se aisay ajzaa hotay hain jo chehray ki jald ko gora bananay mein bohat madad karte hain. Besan pakaroon ke liye to lazim malzoom hai hi, par rang gora karne ke liye bhi besan ka istemaal mufeed samjha jata hai.

Rang gora karne ke aasaan aur azmooda gharelo totkay

    • Aik barri chamach besan len is mein thora sa lemon ka ras milaain aur aik choti chuttki haldi milaain un ko achi terha mix kar ke paste banalen aur chehray par laga len. Jab khushk ho jaye to chehray ko thanday pani se dho len. Pehlay hi din aa pay ko farq nzraaye ga behtar nataij ke liye hafta mein teen din istemaal karen.
    • Besan ko thoray se arq ghulaab mein mila kar gaarha sa paste bana len aur isay chehray aur gardan ki jald par lagayen aur thori der ke liye chore den. Jab sara paste khushk ho jaye to chehray ko achi terha thanday pani se dho len aur naram kapray se khushk kar len.
